  • Full payment is required before order processing.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Steelite-au is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Ownership and risk of damage/loss transfer to you upon delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Customers must contact us at chinamorenshopify@hotmail.com for return authorization.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
