Purchased 2 and only received 1. Emailed company...no response. Packaging when delivered was a mess. Box completely damaged and goods hanging out everywhere
I purchased a boltless shelf that arrived without an assembly manual. I checked Steelite’s website and contacted support through the chatbot on the same day a family member attempted to assemble it. The photo on the website and the carton do not match the actual product, and the shelf is extremely flimsy — it collapsed several times, creating a genuine safety risk.
I was told via the chatbot that the manual would be sent to my email, but I never received it. I followed up again through this review email three days ago and am still waiting. I chose Steelite because I wanted to buy from an Australian vendor, but I’m disappointed by the lack of customer support and by the failure to include assembly instructions in the first place.

Unit was complicated and in many pieces to assemble. Expected simpler design. Otherwise ok.
I’m really impressed with the quality of this steel shelving rack. The double-layer uprights make a huge difference compared to normal single-layer shelves — the whole rack feels much stronger, more stable, and durable. You can immediately tell it’s built for heavy-duty use. Easy to assemble and looks very solid once installed. Definitely worth paying extra for the reinforced design.
